Using a pet sitter is easy!
1) Set up a free consultation
2) At the consult we will go over the paperwork, the pets routine, dates you need service. Please have a key ready.
Please fill out the service contract, vet release form, a vacation form(only during major holidays), key agreement and a pet profile for each pet. Double-sided is preferred:)! Please be as thorough as possible. We will go over the paperwork together at the consult. I look forward to being your Seattle pet sitter!
And don’t worry, the packet may be a little long, but you only have to fill it out once!

3) A few days before you leave, please text, call,email to confirm travel.
4) When you return, please please text, call,email to let me know you made it home safely.
5) The next time you need service, just call/text or email. Your key and info will be on file so
we’ll be all set!
Payment is due before service starts. Please leave cash or check on counter the day you depart.
A separate signed & completed Service Request is also due for each vacation service around MAJOR holidays only, before each service start.
Refunds & Cancellations
0-24 Hrs
Payment in full is charged (no refunds)
25-72 hrs
50% of Service total is due (50% refund)
73+ hrs-No charge
